(Applications submitted after 1:00 PM on the closing date will not be accepted.)

How to Apply:

Students who do not apply for an extension must check out by 12:00 PM on February 28, 2026.

<Dormitory Extension Eligibility Requirements>

All three of the following conditions must be met:

1. Students who intend to reside in the dormitory continuously from
   March 1–28, 2026 (Spring Break) to March 29–June 12, 2026 (Spring Regular Semester)
   (Short-term extensions such as only during vacation or for one week are not accepted.)

2. Students who are currently enrolled in the Winter Regular Course and will register for the Spring Regular Course 2026
   (Students not enrolled in the Spring 2026 Regular Course cannot use the dormitory and cannot apply for an extension.)

3. Students with less than 15 penalty points during the current winter semester.

Only students who meet all three requirements may apply.

<Dormitory Application Notes>

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval of the extension.

1. New winter semester students have priority in dormitory assignment. Current residents may not be assigned a room.

2. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Single or Double Rooms

   • Applicants for single rooms may be assigned to double rooms if single rooms are fully occupied.

   • Applicants for double rooms cannot stay alone. Roommates will be assigned randomly.
     (If you have a preferred roommate, please write it in Question 8.)

Room changes may be required depending on roommate changes and the number of applicants.

<Cancellation and Refund Policy>

Refunds vary depending on the cancellation date:

• Before February 28, 2026: Full refund

• From March 1, 2026: No refund

• No refund in cases of early move-out or forced eviction

• Applications will be automatically canceled if payment is not confirmed by the payment deadline

<Dormitory Fee Payment>

Please pay the dormitory fee via bank ATM or bank counter.

Cash payments are not accepted. Payment must be made through a bank transfer.

If the transfer limit prevents a single payment, you may transfer the amount in multiple payments.

After payment, please email the payment receipt, depositor name, and room number.

Please read all the information carefully before applying for a dormitory extension.

The institution is not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from failure to follow instructions.

Applications will open at 5:30 PM on January 8.
The link will be posted on the website notice or Slack announcement on that day.
