  • Courses canceled due to lack of registered students will not have any additional registration.
  • Please check the announcements during the registration period for details.

Teaching Method
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all classes are conducted online. Classes use ZOOM, a platform that enables real-time video meetings.
Placement Test – English/Chinese/Japanese
(Due to COVID 19, the level test is also run online)
  • Platform: Zoom (meeting code will be sent later via text message)
  • Students can check their assigned class at https://iie.khu.ac.kr after the placement test.
Sample Class

Registration Reminders
  • Tuition payment must be sent from the account number provided after application (payment by card not allowed)
  • To receive a cash receipt or confirmation of registration, please contact the administration office.
  • Changes to registration can be made only once during the first week of the class. Changes can be made as long as the class quota is not exceeded.

Package Discount If you register for any 2 courses 10% off the total tuition fee
Consecutive Discount If you register for any 2 courses in a row without a break 10% off the tuition fee (Excluding registration fee ₩10,000)
Friendship Discount If you register with your friends 5% off of tuition for each applicant (Excluding registration fee ₩10,000)
Institute of International Education(IIE)
instructor discount		 for IIE instructors 50% off the tuition fee (Excluding registration fee ₩10,000)
Only one with the highest discount rate will be applied when registering for a course.
Refund Policy

  • Documents to receive refund in the case of registration cancellation: refund request form, copy of bank book
  • The refund will be deposited 2–3 weeks after a copy of bank book is received.
  • Refund Amounts
    1. Before the placement test: 100%
    2. Before the start of the class: Tuition fee (application fee not included)
    3. Before ⅓ of the class has passed: ⅔ of the tuition fee (application fee not included)
    4. Before ½ of the class has passed: ½ of the tuition fee (application fee not included)
    5. After ½ of the class has passed: No Refund
