  • Dormitory Information (New Students)

    How to Apply
    • Check the dormitory option on the Korean language program application form (choose single or double room).
    • Dormitory applications are limited to one semester only, regardless of course registration period. (Extension must be applied for during the designated extension period during the semester.)
    Announcement of Results
    • After passing the admission screening, acceptance/rejection emails will be sent individually.
    • (Note that even if you apply, you may not be assigned a dormitory.)
    Move-in / Move-out Information
    • Move-in: From 10:00 AM, one day before the semester starts
    • Move-out: Before 10:00 AM, one day after the semester ends
    • Early move-in or late move-out will incur additional charges (requires approval).
    • Must sign a dormitory rules agreement.

  • Dormitory Life Guidelines

    • Monthly room inspections (cleanliness and issues).
    • Must use official trash bags (white – regular trash, yellow – food waste that can be consumed by animals, special bags - non-burnable waste)
    • Large items (e.g., suitcases, mattresses) require extra disposal fees.

    Move-out Instructions

    • Automatic move-out if extension is not requested.
    • Bedding must be returned and room condition checked before leaving (extra charges may apply if issues found).
    • Contact the dorm officer for early move-out.

    • Capacity : 24 people (single occupancy)
    • Basic Facilities : bed, desk, chair, dresser, internet, WIFI, refrigerator, A/C, toilet and shower, electric cooker, washing machine, Common microwave (One on each floor)

    • Items Included : blanket, bedsheet, Pillow (Not provided: kitchenware, drying rack, hair dryer, etc.)
