  • Dormitory Guide (Freshman)

    Dorm Room Application Procedures
    • Check the option for dormitory on the Korean Language Program Application Form (select single or double room)
    • Applying for the dormitory will only be one semester regardless of the applied period. (Extension of the dorm can be made in the extension period during the semester)
    Results Announcement
    • After the screening of admission, there will be an individual email of acceptance or rejection of the dormitory.
    • (Note that even if you apply for the dorm, you might not be assigned)
    Notice of entering and leaving the room
    • Entering: One day before the start of semester.
    • Leaving: One day after the end of semester.
    • Early move-in and late move-out will incur additional charges. (Need a permission of person in charge of dormitory.)
    • It is required to sign the Pledge of Compliance with Dormitory Policy.

  • Dormitory Life

    • There will be a monthly room inspection (checking cleanliness, inconveniences, etc.)
    • You must use the designated trash bags (white – regular trash, yellow – food waste that can be consumed by animals)
    • ※ It is not possible to get a refund for the dormitory fee after you have already moved in

    Move-Out Guide

    • Automatic check-out if you do not apply for extension of the dormitory
    • Before checking out, return the bed items and check for cleanliness (additional charge if there is any problem)
    • Early leaving should make inquiries to a person in charge of the dormitory.
