The start date of face-to-face classes this semester has been postponed by a week from April 12 to April 19.
Currently, there are around 200,000 COVID-19 confirmed cases per day in Korea, and also some IIE members have been suffering from COVID-19. Therefore, we decided that it is better to switch to face-to-face classes after the current situation is a little more stable. As the government announced it is likely to be the last social distancing, we expect this is the last period for non-face-to-face classes.
The Institute of International Education is fully prepared by installing partitions in classrooms and strengthening classroom disinfection so that students can take classes in a safe environment.
Please refrain from unnecessary outings and gatherings, and follow the quarantine rules thoroughly, such as wearing a KF80 or higher mask when you go out. We look forward to meeting you on campus.
