Students who have not applied for extension MUST check out at 12:00 PM on December 10th, 2025.

<Qualifications for dormitory extension application>

1. Students who would reside in the dormitory during the Fall break (25.12.11~25.12.13) AND Winter semester (2025.12.14.~2026.2.28)

(Extensions for short periods (For example: Just for vacation, extension for one week) are NOT accepted)

2. Students who are taking the  Winter regular course following the fall semester

(Students not taking the Winter semester cannot extend period)

3. Students having less than 15 penalty points in the Fall semester

Only students who meet all the above three qualifications can apply.

<Precautions when applying for the dormitory>

Even if the application for extension of the dormitory is successfully received, it does not mean that the extension has been confirmed.

1. Freshmen in the Winter semester take priority for dormitory assignment. Therefore, dormitory may not be assigned to the existing students.

2. Applications are on a first-come, first-served basis. 

3. Single room or Double room

For those who apply for a single room: if single rooms are full, double rooms will be assigned. (If you don't want a double room, please write it down.)

For those who apply for a double room : You cannot reside alone in a double room. Your roommate will be randomly assigned.

(If you have a roommate you want, please write it down in question 8.)

You may need to move the room depending on changing roommates or the number of applicants.

<Cancel and refund for dormitory application>

The refund for the dormitory cancellation varies depending on the cancellation date, so please be aware.

1. Before December 10th, 2025 : full refund

2. After December 11th, 2025 : Non-refundable

3. Early leaving and forced leaving are non-refundable.

Your application will be automatically canceled if you do not pay the dormitory fee by the deadline.

<Deposit dormitory fees>

Please send housing fee either use bank ATM machine or see Bank teller.

The dormitory fees cannot be paid in cash. Please go to a bank teller to deposit it.

If you cannot pay the dormitory fees at once due to the deposit limit, you can deposit it several times.

Please send us the payment receipt and name of the person who made the payment by email.
